(B) Captains of teams already in the League should CALL the Commissioner with any complaints or scheduling issues. Use this form for NON-time-sensitive questions.

(C) If you are a PLAYER in the League (but NOT a captain or co-captain) and you have a question or complaint, please contact your Captain. Suggestions and Comments by players in the League are always welcome. However, complaints and questions need to be elevated to your team's captain for resolution with the Commissioner. Your Captain may already have the answer to your question or have already addressed a similar complaint with the Commissioner.
