your team in this League.
2008 Team Roster
Form (Acrobat PDF file) —
All players on your team must sign this Roster to be eligible to
play in the Boston West Coed Softball League. Captains should also
print out the League's Rules &
Regulations and bring it with them to all games.
Score Reporting Form
— Teams playing in the League must report their scores via this
form.
Free Agent Form
— Solo players who wish to play in the League need to complete
this on-line Free Agent form.
Individual Waiver Form
— Players who were unable to sign their Team Roster forms must complete
this individual waiver form and forward as directed to the
Commissioner in order to be eligible to play in the League.
Manager's Form
— Please provide information for the PRIMARY contact for
your team who has authority to respond to time-sensitive information.
